Poppy Gordon - Director
Poppy Gordon is a NYC based director. She has directed commercials, new media as well as created visuals for launch events and immersive experiences. She excels at visually driven narratives that combine bold cinematic style with pop influenced VFX. Poppy has directed work for brands such as NIKE, WAV, Nexxus, Pond’s, TRESemmé, Erin Fetherston, 350Action and many more. Poppy studied in Switzerland at the European Graduate School under avant garde film directors Chris Kraus, Claire Denis and Catherine Breillat.
Aldo Arias - Writer
Aldo Arias is a NYC-based writer by way of Texas. But he wasn’t always a screenwriter. The only son of immigrants (who weren’t going to risk their child’s future on creative writing), Aldo did the next best thing: advertising. Over the years, he’s made beaucoup campaigns, commercials and experiences — all incorporating his knack for storytelling and narrative rhythms. Now, through his company Only Child, Aldo finally has the flexibility to work on his own projects while still paying the bills. He looks forward to one day eating a genuinely delicious non-dairy pizza.
